"Our old phone system was EOL’d and we needed something that would last for more than five years. We wanted something that we could use today, and grow with to past five years. In addition, we wanted a feature rich platform that will allow us to future proof our phone system needs! BV has been instrumental in fact finding, deployment, and supporting us post-cutover. Their team meet with department heads, translated our current phone system database, and provided us with a smooth cutover. I know without them our phone system implementation would not been as smooth or provided us with such features. Stop working with whomever your are currently – and make the switch to BV. Their team is dedicated, educated, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success."

"I have been working with Blue Violet for a long time. Maybe 95 or so. It’s always nice to know when you call or email that someone will get back to you. That is what I like with companies I work with. They added wifi at the new City Hall and at the other locations like the Skate park and Sea Country. They replaced some Linksys wifi routers that was setup for guest login to internet access to an internet cable box not part of the city network. We wanted all the locations to be on the same system as our City Hall to have one location to monitor and control internal and guest wifi. Service is good sometimes miss communication on dates and times to meet up. I will learn to be more direct to fix this. The products installed are good quality and continued support is good. People have good attitudes and are always helpful. Very Very important for sales and servicing companies. I would say trustworthy and high quality of work and support. Give yourself room on your deadline."

"BVN has been one of the best investments, in relation to our vendors that we partner with. The level of customer service BVN support displays to us surpasses what we pay for our support contract. As a company we are laser focused on cost and value. That being said we are a staff of 3 supporting 5 sites with controllers and about 600 phones and growing. There have been numerous times when critical issues have arisen, the support staff and management from BVN have always stepped in and did whatever it took to get it resolved as quickly as possible. They are always keeping me up to date not just for support reasons, because they understand my needs and provides solutions to those needs. Our sales rep is very knowable and creative when helping me discover solutions to our business needs. We often have some of our business units come to us with very odd requests in relation to our phone system, sometimes technically not feasible requests. In short I rely on my relationship and support from BVN, they are a critical asset to my organization and staff. I would like to call out the outstanding staff that I have the privilege of working with at BVN. Diana Kuykendall our Sales Rep, Otto Cinca our Engineer, Jeff Randall Customer Service Coordinator, and Pat Meaders General Manager. These are the people I work with the most at BVN and they make my job easier because of their dedication to providing great customer service. Thank you"

Our sales representative is always ready to provide a quote quickly and the service and installation technicians are professional and experienced. Blue Violet Networks offers extensive knowledge of Mitel’s product line and the ins and outs of VOIP. An example of the many positive experiences we have had over the years was during our corporate office move in 2011; Blue Violet Networks was one of the few vendors that stood out in their willingness to go above and beyond expectations in order to complete the work on a tight schedule."

"Pacific Cardiovascular Associates was in need of a new phone system to replace our previous phone system which was very old and starting to become unreliable. Our previous phone system had surpassed end of life and was no longer supported. We evaluated Cisco, Shortel and two Mitel models. We chose Blue Violet Networks because they offered local support and competitive pricing. We have not been disappointed. There was a schedule and Blue Violet stayed on that schedule. Since installation, they have continued to support us in a professional manner. Blue Violet has provided good support on the phone system and are very knowledgeable about the system. By implementing this new phone system Pacific Cardiovascular Associates has improved our reliability of our phone system and have improved operational flow by using the ACD system. Our sales person was efficient, timely and courteous . We would recommend this product as is has an excellent interface and is feature-filled and expandable with our business."
